PhysioSetu

Terms of use

In effect from 30 August 2026

The short version: PhysioSetu introduces you to physiotherapists, it does not treat you. They are independent practitioners, the fee is theirs and is agreed with you directly, we take no commission, and this site is never the right place to turn in an emergency.

What PhysioSetu is

PhysioSetu is operated by Digital Cure. It lists physiotherapy clinics so that a patient can find one near them and contact it directly, and it introduces patients to physiotherapists for consultations by video.

That is the whole of it. We are not a hospital, a clinic or a healthcare provider. We do not employ the physiotherapists on this site, we do not supervise their work, and we give no medical advice ourselves.

Not for an emergency

Do not use PhysioSetu in a medical emergency. If you have chest pain, breathlessness, sudden weakness or numbness, loss of control of the bladder or bowel, a serious injury, or any other urgent symptom, go to a doctor or a hospital immediately.

Nothing on this site is a substitute for seeing a doctor. A physiotherapist can assess movement and pain and set an exercise programme. They do not diagnose disease, prescribe medicines or issue medical certificates.

The clinics and physiotherapists are independent

Every clinic and physiotherapist reached through PhysioSetu is an independent practitioner responsible for their own qualifications, registration, conduct and treatment. When you consult one, your agreement for treatment is with them, not with us.

We check a physiotherapist's stated qualification before they join our panel. That check is not a warranty of the quality or outcome of any treatment, and it cannot be. Judgement about your own care stays with you and your practitioner.

Money

PhysioSetu is free to use. We take no commission from a clinic or a physiotherapist, we charge no listing fee, and we handle no payment between you and a practitioner.

The fee for a consultation is set by the physiotherapist, told to you before the consultation takes place, and paid directly to them. Any dispute about a fee, a refund or a missed appointment is between you and them, though we would rather hear about it than not.

Accuracy of listings

The listings were compiled from publicly available sources and are offered in good faith. We cannot guarantee that a name, address, telephone number or timing is current, that a clinic is open, or that it offers a particular treatment. Ring ahead before travelling, particularly in the hill districts.

A listing is not an endorsement, a recommendation or a ranking. Its presence says only that the clinic appears to exist and to offer physiotherapy.

If a listing is yours

Write to us and we will correct any detail, add your timings and services, or remove the listing altogether. It is free, we ask no reason, and we act within one working day wherever we can.

If you join us as a listed clinic or a panel physiotherapist, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you give us, for holding the qualifications and registrations you claim, and for treating patients referred to you with the same care and professional standards you would give a patient who walked in.

Using the site properly

Please do not scrape or bulk-copy the listings, use them to send unsolicited marketing to clinics, impersonate a clinic or a physiotherapist, attempt to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may remove a listing or refuse access where any of this happens.

The design, text and arrangement of this site belong to us. Clinic names and marks belong to the clinics.

Limits on our responsibility

We provide PhysioSetu with reasonable care but we cannot promise it will always be available, error-free or complete. To the extent Indian law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from treatment given by a practitioner you found here, from a listing detail that turned out to be wrong, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited. This clause does not, and is not meant to, take away any right you have as a consumer under Indian law.

Changes, and the law that applies

PhysioSetu is being built and these terms will change as it does. The date they took effect is shown at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have jurisdiction over any dispute.
