Why your clinic is listed

Because we put it there, from public sources, without asking you first. That is worth saying plainly rather than leaving you to work out.

A directory that only lists clinics who signed up is useless to a patient on its first day, and stays useless for a year. So we started from what is already public and then asked the clinics to correct it. The order matters: a patient in Haldwani can find a physiotherapist tonight, and you decide what your own page says.

How to correct it, or take it down

If you ask us to remove a listing we remove it. We do not ask you to justify it, we do not offer you a paid alternative first, and we do not put it back.

What a listing costs

Nothing, and there is no paid tier that ranks you higher. Clinics appear in the order the page describes, never in the order anyone paid. What a listing gives you sets out the rest.

Who runs it

PhysioSetu is run by Digital Cure, a small software venture based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. It is not a hospital group, not an insurer, and not owned by a chain of clinics.

One thing to declare

The family that runs Digital Cure also runs a physiotherapy clinic in Dehradun, and it is listed here like any other. It gets no better placement, no badge, and no ranking advantage, and it is subject to the same corrections and the same removal offer as every other listing. We would rather you read that here than discover it later.

Where this is going

Uttarakhand first, properly, before anywhere else. The directory is deliberately small in features: an address, a number you can ring, and the neighbourhood it is in. Services, timings and photographs arrive as clinics claim their pages and tell us what they actually offer, rather than as guesses we made from a map.
